About Nicki Hoffman

Nicki Hoffman, MSN, APRN, is a Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of experience in healthcare. She has been a licensed nurse since 2002 and earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Southern Indiana. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, building a strong clinical foundation across critical care, emergency services, obstetrics and gynecology, and family medicine.

Nicki’s primary specialty is family medicine, with a particular passion for wellness and preventive care. She enjoys health promotion, patient education, chronic disease management, and women’s health, and provides comprehensive, patient-centered, and compassionate care. Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and support they need to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Nicki enjoys cheering on her children at their many activities, including soccer, swimming, dance, and performing arts. She also loves traveling—especially to beach destinations, attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors. One day, she hopes to own a small farm complete with miniature donkeys, Highland cows, and goats.
